Streamers and game server communities can qualify for a higher share in advance. We decide this individually, based on factors such as reach and community size. We are happy to accept communities that are just getting started as well. Simply tell us in your application what you are planning.
The commission depends on the product category: game servers 6.5%, VPS 3.5%, Dedicated Server 3%, web hosting 3%. There is no commission for domains. We agree on the commission basis, term, and payout upon activation.
Yes. In your customer account under “Partner Program”, you can receive all or part of your available commission as Nexthosting credit, instantly and with no minimum amount. You can use the credit for orders and renewals at Nexthosting. That amount can then no longer be paid out in cash. You can find the details under “Commission as account credit”.
Yes. By default you get a link following the pattern nexthosting.net/a/your-id. On request, we enter your preferred name there instead; we clarify this in the application process.
No. There is no commission on domain orders, regardless of order volume.
No, every application is reviewed individually. You will get a response in any case, and if we decline, we will tell you the reason.
For communities, agencies, and businesses with bigger collaboration ideas, we have our partner program.
Instead of a payout, you can have your commission added to your Nexthosting credit balance. These terms apply.
Your choice. In your customer account under “Partner Program”, you can have all or part of your available commission added to your Nexthosting credit balance instead of having it paid out in cash. This is voluntary. Any part you do not convert remains subject to the payout terms agreed with you.
No minimum amount. There is no minimum amount for receiving commission as credit. You can choose any amount from €0.01 up to your available commission. The minimum amount for cash payouts does not apply here and otherwise remains in place. Available commission is commission that we have approved and that has not been paid out, requested for payout or canceled.
Your confirmation. The credit is only booked if you trigger it yourself in your customer account and expressly confirm, by checking the box, that you want to receive the amount as account credit. We record the time, the amount and your confirmation.
Effect. Once booked, your commission claim is settled in the amount credited. You can no longer request that amount as a cash payout.
Use of the credit. You can use the credit only for Nexthosting services, for example for orders, renewals and open invoices in your customer account. It is not paid out in cash, not converted back into commission, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to other persons or customer accounts. If a maximum credit balance applies to customer accounts, credit can only be added up to that limit.
No reversal. A booked credit cannot be reversed. This does not apply to bookings based on a mistake, a technical error or misuse; we may correct these.
Clawback. If the commission on which the credit is based is canceled afterwards, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your credit balance. This applies in particular if the referred order is withdrawn, canceled or refunded, a payment is reversed (returned direct debit, chargeback), the order is not paid, or the commission is based on fraud, a self-referral or a breach of the program terms. If your credit balance is not sufficient, we may offset the missing amount against later commissions or claim it back from you.
Taxes. Commission you receive as credit is still remuneration for your referral. You are responsible for paying any taxes on it and for any related reporting.
End of participation. If your participation in the affiliate program ends, credit already booked remains in your account and can still be used for Nexthosting services. It is not paid out in cash in that case either. If we close your customer account without any cause on your part, we will pay out, on request, any unused credit that originates from converted commission.
Changes. We may change or discontinue the option to receive commission as credit with effect for the future. Credit already booked is not affected.
