A comparison is only fair if everyone stands on the same footing. These rules apply to every row of the table.
Prices and features can change at any time. The current information on each provider's website always takes precedence.
The comparison is not exhaustive: it shows selected features of four providers, not the whole market. CPU performance, disk space and slot limits differ between plans and are listed only where the providers publish them.

The availability commitments refer to different periods (month or year), and each has its own exclusions. The exact conditions are in the linked terms and in our SLA.
Depending on what you need, one of the other providers is the better choice. These are the points where we cannot keep up.
ZAP-Hosting, Nitrado and 4Netplayers each state more than 100 games. We offer 13.
The four providers have 8 to 14 locations on several continents. We have one: Frankfurt am Main. If your players are in North America, Asia or Australia, you will find a closer location there.
ZAP-Hosting, Nitrado and GPORTAL state around-the-clock support, and 4Netplayers offers live support on weekends too. Our support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CET/CEST). On Discord, the team and community help out, but with no committed response time.
In the configuration compared, ZAP-Hosting costs €7.56, which is less than our monthly contract (€7.99) and our prepaid price (€7.59). With their promotions, Nitrado came to €8.92 and GPORTAL to €8.85 for the first term.
ZAP-Hosting, Nitrado and GPORTAL also offer Minecraft plans with 2 GB RAM: €2.76, €5.39 and €5.40 for 30 days.
ZAP-Hosting, Nitrado and 4Netplayers advertise switching the game on the same server. Nitrado and GPORTAL also list servers for console games. With us you book one plan per game, and we do not offer console servers.
All four operate locations on several continents; 4Netplayers states more than 20 years of experience. Nexthosting is a small, owner-managed business (Friedl & Friedl GbR) with one location.

99.9% as a monthly average, measured per calendar month. If we fall short, you receive a credit of 5, 10 or 25% of the monthly fee on request. The rules are in the SLA.
For Minecraft you book memory, CPU cores and disk space. In the Basic plan that is 4 GB RAM, 2 vCores and 20 GB SSD. We do not bill by slots.
The price shown is the final price. As a small business under Section 19 UStG, we do not show VAT. There is no setup fee for game servers.
A monthly contract with 7 days' notice, or prepaid for 3 to 365 days, which ends automatically. Longer terms cost less but are not required.
A Tier III+ data center under EN 50600, certified to ISO 27001, with a direct DE-CIX connection. DDoS protection up to 100 Gbit/s is included at no extra charge. More under Data Centers.
