Frequently asked questions
What is in the Community Bundle?
A game server for your game, the “Community” Discord bot and web hosting with a domain included. All parts go into one cart and are ordered together.
How is the bundle price calculated?
In the bundle, the game server costs less, the Discord bot has its own bundle price and the web hosting setup fee is waived. In the cart, every item shows what it costs in the bundle.
How long does the bundle price last?
As long as all parts of the bundle are running, including every renewal. If you cancel one part, the others keep running, at the regular price from their next renewal. You get an email with the date and price beforehand; if the renewal is less than 14 days away, the bundle price applies for one more renewal.
Can I cancel individual parts?
Yes. Every part is its own contract with its own term. You cancel it like any other contract in your customer area.
Which domain do I get?
A free domain with one of these extensions: .de, .at, .eu, .com, .net, .org, .ch. You pick it right after the bundle in the cart. If you already have a domain, you can connect that one instead.
How does your community reach the server through the domain?
In your web hosting you create a DNS record, for example play.yourclan.de pointing to your server's address. After that, your people can use the domain instead of the IP address.
What do I need for the Discord bot?
A bot token from the Discord developer portal. You enter it at the bot in the cart.
Which games work?
All games in our game server lineup with their fixed plans. The selection in the order summary shows what is possible in the bundle.
I already have a game server with you. Does the price still apply?
The bundle price applies to newly ordered bundles. If you put all three parts in the cart together, the cart offers you the bundle price automatically.
Can I add a discount code?
No. The bundle price replaces promo codes; one discount applies per item.
