Using this form, consumers can easily withdraw electronically from a contract concluded online with Nexthosting. Please enter the details required for assignment so that we can clearly identify your contract or order.

Withdrawal is only possible within the statutory withdrawal period, provided that a statutory right of withdrawal exists and has not already expired under the statutory provisions.

For consumers / private customers

If you have concluded a contract online as a consumer, you can generally withdraw from it within the statutory withdrawal period. Special statutory rules may apply to digital services, server provisioning or domain services.

For businesses / business customers

Businesses generally have no statutory consumer right of withdrawal. We are nevertheless happy to review your request based on the respective contract and the agreed terms.

Withdrawal period

The statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days. Depending on the type of contract, the period begins in accordance with the statutory provisions, and for many digital services it usually begins when the contract is concluded.

Digital services & immediate provisioning

For services that begin before the withdrawal period has expired at your express request, the right of withdrawal may expire in whole or in part under the statutory provisions, or compensation may become payable.

What happens after you submit:

  1. Confirmation of receipt: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal notice.
  2. Review: We match your details to the relevant contract or order and check the statutory requirements.
  3. Feedback: You will then receive feedback on the further processing of your withdrawal.
  4. Reversal: If the withdrawal is valid, the contract is reversed in accordance with the statutory requirements.
Note on data backup: Please back up important data such as server files, databases, emails or backups yourself before services are terminated or reversed. After a valid reversal, the associated services may be deactivated and data may be deleted in accordance with our technical and contractual requirements.
Note: Using this form is not mandatory. You can also declare your withdrawal in another clear way, for example by email. This form is intended to make it easy to submit your withdrawal clearly and electronically.
