One-click apps on your VPS
Pick an app and we set it up on your server – with firewall, ready-made login details and, for web apps, HTTPS. After that, it’s yours.
11 apps · free
- Free with every VPS
- Usually done in 2 to 10 minutes
- Web apps with HTTPS
- You keep root access
A VPS is an empty server: you get root access and set everything up yourself. For many popular applications, we take that part off your hands.
In the Server Hub, you pick an app under “Templates”. Our script installs it on your server, opens only the ports it needs in the firewall, gets an SSL certificate if needed and shows you the address and login details at the end.
The apps are self-managed: they run on your server, and you handle backups and updates yourself.
For TeamSpeak, Mumble and Minecraft, you can change important settings directly in the Server Hub afterwards.
How it works
Order a VPS
Pick a plan that fits the app – the required values are listed below each app.
Open “Templates”
In the Server Hub for your server. You choose whether the app goes onto the running system or the server is reinstalled.
Pick an app
Fill in a few details, start it and watch the progress. At the end you get the address, login details and the next steps.
Selection
These are the apps we set up for you
Every template runs on Debian 12 and 13 as well as Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 unless stated otherwise. The values are the minimum for the app itself.

At the end, you get everything you need
Once the app is ready, the Server Hub shows you the address, a button to open it and the login details – which only appear on click. Below that are the next steps for exactly this app.
If something doesn’t work, you can see which step it got stuck on. For errors on the server, we automatically create a support ticket with the log.
- Create your account with your email address and choose a strong master password.
- In the Bitwarden apps, enter the address as your own server.
- Back up the data folder regularly.
Domain
For apps with HTTPS, you need a domain
Nextcloud, Vaultwarden and n8n only run with your own domain, so they can get a regular SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt. For Uptime Kuma, Portainer and the VPN management, it’s optional.
The domain has to point to your server’s IP beforehand (A record). If it’s with us, you can do that in the Server Hub with “Connect domain” in one click. The template checks this before it starts and tells you exactly what’s still missing.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Nothing. The templates come with every VPS. You only pay for the server itself.
Do you take care of the app afterwards?
No, the apps are self-managed. They run on your server, and you handle backups and updates yourself. If you’d rather have everything fully managed, get a game server or web hosting from us.
Does this also work on a server that already has something running?
Yes. You start the template with your root password on the running system. If another program already uses the required ports, the template stops beforehand and tells you what’s in the way. Alternatively, you reinstall the server and the app comes along right away.
Can I put several apps on one server?
Yes, as long as the ports aren’t used twice and there’s enough RAM. The apps with HTTPS share one proxy on ports 80 and 443 – Vaultwarden, n8n and Uptime Kuma run side by side without problems, each with its own domain.
Why don’t any emails come out of my app?
On VPS, mail ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked at first. Use an external mail service that also offers port 2525, or ask our support.
Can I run the TeamSpeak server for free?
Yes, for private and non-commercial use with one virtual server and up to 32 slots – that’s the free use of TeamSpeak. You accept the license terms in the form. For more slots or for associations, you need your own license.
What happens to my root password?
We only use it for a single login, create a one-time key and remove it again afterwards. We don’t store the password. If you tick “Allow app settings”, a separate, restricted key stays afterwards for the “App” tab – more on that in the next question.
How do I change settings later?
Via SSH, like on any server. For TeamSpeak, Mumble and Minecraft there’s also the “App” tab in the Server Hub: server name, slots, password, restart, backup and more – using a dedicated key that can only perform these actions and that you can revoke at any time.
