Two separate logins: you manage everything in your account, your child signs in to the server panel and only sees their server.
A server gift card with a fixed term – or credit your child uses to pick the game, plan and term. The rest stays on the gift card for later.
In your account with “For my child”. You are the contract partner and pay right away.
Print the card, send the link or have us deliver it to your child by email – even scheduled, for example on 24 December at 6 pm. The card says that the server runs through your account.
If you enter your child’s email when buying, everything is unlocked right away. Otherwise you get an email after redeeming and approve the access.
They get an invitation to the server panel and set a password. No customer account needed.
No customer account. Your child only gets a login to the server panel for their server, invited by email.
Their server: start, stop, console, files, settings. They do not see invoices, credit, payment details or your other contracts.
No. The gift card is paid and the term is fixed. You get a reminder 7 days and 1 day before the end, nothing is charged automatically.
If you do not renew, the server is locked when the term ends. The world and all files stay saved for another 30 days. If you renew during that time, everything carries on. After that the server is deleted.
Yes, at any time in your account. The server stays on your account.
When redeeming, your child picks a game, plan and term that fit the value. The rest stays on the gift card and can be used later to renew or for another server – with the same approval.
Your child decides. In Minecraft you can, for example, limit the server to friends with a whitelist.
Check the game’s age rating and which mods or plugins run on the server. Agree with your child on who they invite. Our support is happy to help.
Yes. If you enter your child’s email when you buy, you can choose delivery to that address – right after payment or on a date you set. The email says that the server runs through your account. Until it is sent you can change the date or cancel it.
