    Webspace is storage space on a managed web server: your website, your databases and your email mailboxes live there. You upload your files, and we take care of running, updating and securing the server. It suits websites built with HTML, PHP or a CMS, as well as landing pages, portfolios, club sites and company websites.
    With Web Space you decide what runs: your own PHP project, a CMS of your choice, and from Pro also Node.js apps. With WordPress Hosting, WordPress is already installed, plus WP Toolkit, Redis and staging from the entry-level plan. WordPress can also be installed manually on any Webspace plan — but you will get started more conveniently and faster with the WordPress plans.
    Basic and Pro include one domain, Business includes two. You can choose from .de, .at, .eu, .com, .net, .org and .ch. We register and renew them free of charge for as long as your plan is active — not just in the first year. Starter deliberately comes without a domain, because it is intended for projects that already have one.
    Yes. You can leave your domain with your current provider and point it to the Webspace via DNS, or transfer it to us. You add further domains as addon domains: 5 in Starter, up to 100 in Business.
    The monthly price shown is a final price: in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small business regulation), no VAT is shown, so nothing is added on top. It is also the regular plan price — not a time-limited promotional price. For Basic, Pro and Business, a one-time setup fee of €9.99 applies; Starter is exempt. With a 6-month term the price drops by 5%, with a 12-month term by 10%. The details in the order process are authoritative.
    You choose your term yourself: with one month, you can cancel monthly. If you opt for 6 or 12 months, you pay 5% or 10% less. The conditions for renewal and cancellation are set out in the order process and in the Terms and Conditions.
    Every plan is backed up automatically every day — without an add-on package. Backups are kept for 30 days in every plan. If you need an earlier version back, restoration can be done through the control panel or by our support team.
    Yes — there is no traffic cap and no throttling after a certain volume. The fair use rules in our Terms and Conditions apply; they exist solely to prevent abuse. For the normal operation of a website, you do not need to worry about traffic.
    Yes. When your project grows, you switch to a larger Webspace plan — your websites, databases and mailboxes are kept. Just write to us via /kontakt or by ticket. If even Business is no longer enough, a VPS Servers is the next step.
