64 GB leaves headroom: a large Minecraft or FiveM server needs 8 to 16 GB, and a database will happily take the rest as cache. Several services run side by side without the server swapping.

The selection is largest at this size – from a low-cost Core i7 to the Ryzen 7 7700 with DDR5.

What matters

  1. The processor sets the price

    With the same amount of RAM, the fastest server has more than four times the CPU performance of the cheapest. Sort by best value.

  2. DDR4 or DDR5

    DDR5 comes with the latest processors. For most applications the difference is smaller than the one between two processor generations.

  3. ECC when data lives long

    For databases and file servers, a server with ECC RAM is worth it. You can tell by the “ECC” label.

Processor, RAM and drives belong to your server alone. You may run them at full load permanently.
Root access
Full access via SSH. You install Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux with one click in the customer area.
Connection
1 Gbit/s, unlimited traffic at no extra cost. Fair use under our acceptable use policy applies.
IP address
One IPv4 address is included in the price. You set the reverse DNS entry (rDNS) yourself.
Protection
The data center’s automatic DDoS protection is active at no extra charge.
In the customer area
Restart, rescue system, reinstall and SSH keys – without a ticket.
Contract
No setup fee, minimum term from 1 month. If you pay further in advance, you save up to 15%.

Frequently asked questions

Is 64 GB RAM enough for virtualization?

For a handful of virtual machines, yes. Add up what all machines need and leave about a tenth free for the host system.

Can I get more RAM later?

A server’s hardware is fixed. If you need more, you switch to a server with 128 GB.

How quickly is my server ready?

We provision the server once your payment has arrived. You receive the access details by email, and they are also shown in the customer area. The server starts in the rescue system; you then install your operating system with one click.

Is there a setup fee or a long term?

No. There is no setup fee, and the minimum term starts at one month. If you pay six or twelve months in advance, the monthly price goes down – you can see the prices on the server’s page.

Why do servers disappear from the list?

Every server is one of a kind. As soon as someone has rented it, it is gone, and others are added. The list is updated every few minutes.

Can I upgrade the server later?

A server’s hardware is fixed. If your project grows, you order a larger server, move over and cancel the old one at the end of its term.
